Description

Operational Responsbilities:
Perform Data Center maintenance & configuration.
Support with configuring and maintaining the LAN, WAN, WAF, and firewall connectivity.
Provide support to Projects’ IT infrastructure as required.
Manage and develop company active directory, sharing, and network-related issues.
Create security access, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
Create and set up new users’ accounts and Telecom devices.
Support with the process of managing, Maintaining, and analyzing Access and Security Systems.
Repairing troubleshoots servers, networks, and printers, by analyzing issues. and minimize risk. Support in the process of designing, developing, and maintaining structured cabling and Active Network Cabling using Star Topology, IP Telephony, and Wi-Fi technologies.

Related Assignments:

Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the department head.

Education & Experience:
A minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Professional certification in Information Technology is preferred
