Description

Urgent hiring experienced candidates for the position of Procurement Assistant with 3-5 years of experience. Preferred from construction industries,

• Collaborate with the user department to determine Requirements.
• Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications.
• Arrange, Coordinate, and follow up for both Local & Import material.
• Responsible for arranging sub-contractors for Civil, Mechanical & Electrical plant operations.
• Control inventory levels and ensure the availability of material during emergencies.
• Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
• Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications, etc.
