Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure smooth dining experiences for guests, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Service:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them in finding their seats.
Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and answer any questions.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Order Management:

Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Monitor tables to anticipate guests' needs and provide timely assistance.
Cleanliness and Organization:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Set up and reset tables, including arranging table settings and decorations.
Billing and Payments:

Present bills to guests, handle payments efficiently, and provide change if needed.
Process credit card transactions and issue receipts.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in handling complaints or special requests professionally.
Requirements
Prior experience as a waitress or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling payments.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
