Job Title: Sales Manager – Car Rental Company Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our car rental business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the car rental industry, strong leadership skills, and excellent proficiency in Arabic. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies. Oversee the sales team, providing guidance and training. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports to management. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in the car rental industry. Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is essential. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
