We are hiring for multiple positions across Romania, Serbia, Croatia, and Portugal! Join us for immediate walk-in interviews for the following roles:

Job Responsibilities:
1. Plumbers
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, drains, faucets, toilets, etc.).
Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, blockages, and functionality.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
Install and repair water heaters, pumps, and other plumbing equipment.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
Provide emergency plumbing services as needed.
2. Electricians
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
Inspect electrical components such as circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring to ensure safety and functionality.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions for repairs.
Install lighting, outlets, switches, and other electrical fixtures.
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
Perform regular maintenance and inspections on electrical systems to prevent malfunctions.
Test electrical systems and equipment to verify safety and efficiency of installations.
3. Farm Workers
Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops, including fruits, vegetables, and grains.
Operate and maintain farming equipment such as tractors, plows, and irrigation systems.
Assist with the care and feeding of livestock, if applicable.
Monitor crop health, manage pests, and apply fertilizers or pesticides as needed.
Perform routine maintenance on farm tools and equipment.
Prepare soil and plant seeds, monitor growth, and harvest crops efficiently.
Maintain farm infrastructure, including fences, barns, and storage areas.
Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.
4. HVAC Technicians
Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and provide solutions to restore functionality.
Inspect and test HVAC systems for efficiency and proper operation.
Ensure HVAC systems are installed according to building codes and manufacturer specifications.
Clean and maintain HVAC system components, such as filters, ducts, and coils.
Offer recommendations to clients for improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs.
Keep records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and techniques.
5. General Workers
Assist with various tasks on construction sites, farms, and industrial areas.
Load and unload materials and equipment, ensuring safe handling.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform basic labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, and assembling structures.
Assist skilled workers (plumbers, electricians, etc.) in their duties.
Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or unsafe conditions.
Help maintain tools and equipment used in daily operations.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
6. Construction Workers
Assist in the construction, demolition, and renovation of buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure.
Operate construction equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and power tools.
Mix, pour, and finish concrete for foundations, floors, and other structures.
Install scaffolding, supports, and other temporary structures for safety.
Follow blueprints and work closely with architects and engineers to complete projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring proper safety measures.
Assist in the assembly and installation of construction materials like wood, metal, and drywall.
Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and regulations.
