Hiring Skilled Laborers for a Reputed Construction Company in Oman

Our esteemed construction company is seeking skilled and experienced laborers to join our dynamic team for various ongoing and upcoming projects. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Position 1: Shuttering Carpenter (5 Vacancies)
Job Responsibilities:

Construct, install, and remove formwork for concrete structures.
Work with a variety of materials such as wood, metal, and plastic.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure proper formwork construction.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other workers to complete tasks on time and efficiently.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in shuttering carpentry.
Strong knowledge of formwork systems and construction methods.
Ability to work with hand and power tools.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Position 2: General Mason (5 Vacancies)
Job Responsibilities:

Perform general masonry work including laying bricks, blocks, and stone.
Install plaster, tiles, and other finishes as required.
Ensure structures are built to specifications, including ensuring proper alignment, level, and plumb.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work site.
Assist in the preparation and mixing of materials such as cement, mortar, and other building materials.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a general mason in construction projects.
Proficient in masonry techniques and tools.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor.
