A well-established Medical Center in Muscat is looking for a Call Center Staff to join our team.

Job Location: Muscat, Oman
Position: Call Center Staff
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Arabic, English, Farsi, and Urdu/Hindi.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare sector is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle patient inquiries professionally.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for managing appointments and records.
Availability: Must be able to work in shifts.
