Job Description:

We are seeking five skilled and experienced Welders/Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal components according to blueprints and specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.

Inspect and test welded structures for accuracy and durability.

Operate heavy machinery and fabrication tools safely.

Ensure all work meets quality standards and project requirements.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator.

Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong knowledge of metal properties and welding techniques.

Experience using various welding tools and heavy machinery.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.

Certification in welding (preferred but not required).
