Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Wadi Alain Trading Company SPC located in Muscat. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. The role will involve utilizing clerical skills for efficient office operations.

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Experience in office administration or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
