Description

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and update records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as required.
Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding transportation and logistics.
Assist in resolving logistical issues, including delays, damaged goods, and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics activities.
Support warehouse operations, including stocking, labeling, and organizing products.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in the supply chain.
