Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines to deliver results efficiently.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports, to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
Facilitate technical meetings and discussions, translating complex engineering concepts into actionable tasks for team members.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and enhance safety protocols.
Oversee the quality control processes, ensuring that all deliverables meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and procurement, to streamline operations and resolve conflicts.
Support the procurement process by evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, analyze performance metrics, and report updates to stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, fostering positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and project success.


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with a strong technical foundation, demonstrating a commitment to quality education.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project engineering within the construction, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant engineering licenses to validate expertise and project management skills.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera, showcasing technical adeptness in project planning.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems efficiently, reflecting a proactive approach to challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
Proven teamwork abilities, demonstrating a collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members in achieving project goals.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities without compromising quality.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing project circumstances, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments, with fluency in English and additional languages preferred for international projects.
