job Vacancy: Admin, Marketing & Tender Support Executive

We are hiring a well-organized and proactive individual for the position of Admin, Marketing & Tender Support Executive.
This full-time role includes a mix of administrative tasks, marketing (physical & digital), tender documentation, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily administrative and office coordination tasks
• Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents
• Support physical and digital marketing activities
• Manage office files, correspondence, and scheduling
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
• Support management in business operations

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in admin, marketing, or tender support roles
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, etc. )
• Familiarity with tender/procurement work is an advantage
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
