Maintenance Electrician
Qualification: DEE
Responsibilities:
Assets Maintenance & Repair Works
1. Supervise MEP maintenance Team and ensure their availability for any emergency cases
2.Ensure safety Equipment's(Fire extinguishers, first aid boxes) fixed and made available wherever required.
3. timely response to maintenance requests as per their priority
4. Provide full technical support in mobilization and demobilization of projects in coordination with client and the selected subcontractor
5. Comply with company's delegation of authority in terms of purchase orders, disposal of assets
6. Monitor the performance of PPM and reactive maintenance and report discrepancies or suggestions to Technical operations manager
7. Adhere to copanys adminstration manual and other polices and procedures
8. Monitor location activities
9. Conduct periodic inspections of the premises to ensure that safety standards are adhere to

With gulf expereince is needed
Salary: 350-450 OMR
