Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the garage and assist them professionally.

Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and politely.

Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently.

Listen to customer concerns regarding their vehicles and document issues accurately.

Explain garage services, repair processes, and estimated timelines clearly to customers.

Prepare service orders, invoices, and estimates for customers.

Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to relay customer needs.

Update customers on the status of their vehicle repairs or maintenance.

Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate issues to management when needed.

Maintain accurate customer records and service histories.

Promote additional services like oil changes, inspections, and seasonal check-ups when appropriate.

Process payments and manage cash, card, or online transactions securely.

Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk/reception area.

Assist in marketing efforts such as customer reminders for periodic maintenance or special offers.

Ensure compliance with garage policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.


Lanagaue ; Arabic and English
Indian and Kerala candidate are preferred.
Must have atlest 1 year experience in the same field.
