Job Summary:
The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office, supporting staff with minor administrative tasks, and ensuring that the office environment is clean, organized, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean the office premises daily (including desks, chairs, pantry, washrooms, etc.).

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when needed.

Deliver documents, packages, and other items within or outside the office.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen.

Assist in organizing and setting up meeting rooms.

Manage simple errands outside the office (e.g., banking, post office, collection/delivery).

Support the administrative staff with basic tasks when required.

Monitor and replenish office supplies and notify the management when stock is low.

Requirements:

High school diploma.

Previous experience as an Office Boy or similar role is an advantage.

Basic communication skills.

Trustworthy and hardworking.

Good physical condition to perform tasks such as cleaning and moving light items.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary:
120-130 OMR Including Accommodation and Food.
