Ohh Cluck, a vibrant restaurant in Muscat, Oman, is looking for a talented Chef to lead our kitchen
operations.

Position: Chef (Fried Chicken Specialist)

Location:
Ohh Cluck Restaurant
Qurum Garden Building, 2237 Way, Muscat 111, Oman

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious fried chicken dishes according to our recipes and standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and overseeing daily operations.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards are always maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of ingredients and supplies.
- Work with management on menu planning and development.
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in fried chicken or similar cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a kitchen team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Creativity and a passion for delivering great-tasting food consistently.
