Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day play area operations, supervising staff, and maintaining customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Play Area staff during shifts.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints.
• Perform opening and closing checklists.
KPIs:
• 90% shift attendance compliance.
• 100% completion of daily safety inspections.
• Achieve weekly operational targets.
Skills:
• Staff supervision and shift planning.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Emergency handling and incident reporting.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar.
• 2–3 years’ experience in operations or play zone supervision.

Preferably female Philippines nationality
