About Us:
We are a well-established gold jewelry business based in Muscat, Oman, operating multiple retail branches and manufacturing units. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Junior/Assistant Accountant to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management, handle high-level accounting tasks, and grow with the business.



Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and summaries using advanced Excel techniques.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions.
• Monitor and record transactions in a systematic and timely manner.
• Support daily accounting operations, including invoicing, stock reports, and petty cash.
• Contribute to internal audits and financial accuracy checks.
• Support automation of reporting and financial processes.



Skills & Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros, etc. ).
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• A deep interest in AI, automation, and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Ability to handle confidential data professionally and securely.
• Fluent in English .



Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and automation tools.
• Exposure to inventory or retail accounting.
• Willingness to grow into a senior position with training.
