Manage and train florist staff

3. Area Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 4 years (multi-branch experience preferred)
Responsibilities:

Supervise operations across multiple florist locations

Staff scheduling and performance monitoring

Ensure consistency in service, quality, and customer satisfaction

4. Salesman – Florist
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or florist shop
Responsibilities:

Assist customers with purchases

Upsell products and handle billing

Keep shop organized and visually appealing

5. Helper – Florist
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Responsibilities:

Support florist staff with cleaning, unpacking, and organizing flowers

Assist in basic arrangement tasks and deliveries

Maintain shop hygiene and supplies
