Job Summary:
Cleopatra Trading is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor budgets and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and external consultants
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and account reconciliations
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, must be in retail Business trading commercial sectors
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Omani tax laws
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems)
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication and reporting skills
