We’re Hiring: Business Manager (Indian Only)
Location: Sohar, Oman
Company: – Plastic Recycled Granules Manufacturing
Salary: 300 to 500 OMR (Approx. ₹65,000 to ₹1,10,000 INR)

We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in recycled plastic granules, expanding production every month. We're looking for an enthusiastic and strong-willed Business Manager to improve and enhance the daily operations and overall efficiency of our company.

Requirements:

Valid GCC Driving License (car optional)

Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

High levels of integrity and ethical behavior

Willingness to work hands-on with both administrative and ground-level operations


Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain records of all receipts and payments


2. Arrange and coordinate urgent equipment and accessory needs


3. Source reliable mechanics and electricians for machine maintenance


4. Track and report on production, labor performance, and daily activities


5. Handle labor teams for maximum productivity


6. Develop improved operational systems


7. Schedule and plan daily tasks efficiently


8. Procure quality scrap plastic materials


9. Record and manage daily inventory


10. Manage supplier payments and report advance salary requests


11. Locate affordable transport services for procurement and delivery


12. Report all major updates and decisions directly to the owner


13. Uphold ethical standards and transparency


14. Contribute a long-term vision for the company’s success



Note: This is a unique role combining leadership and hands-on management. You will be the only employee in a managerial role, working closely with laborers and one supervisor. All strategic and critical decisions must be communicated with the owner.
