We are seeking an experienced Construction Execution Manager to be responsible for the direct supervision of all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed according to design specifications, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong focus on overseeing day-to-day operations, managing construction teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Construction Execution Manager ensures that all phases of the construction process are carried out efficiently and effectively, delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage construction teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety regulations.
3. Monitor the quality of work being performed and ensure it aligns with technical specifications and client expectations.
4. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure proper communication and problem resolution.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
6. Prepare and update daily progress reports, providing timely feedback on project status.
7. Resolve any issues or delays on-site, minimizing disruptions to the project timeline.
8. Manage the procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for construction.
9. Ensure proper documentation of project activities, including permits, inspection records, and safety reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
With 15 years of experience in the construction, including at least 5 years in a similar position.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with construction, safety protocols and building codes.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Arabic speaking is preferable.
