Location: Muscat, Oman

Reporting to: Clinic Manager / Group Operations Director

We are a leading premium aesthetic and wellness destination in the Gulf, known for advanced treatments, expert practitioners, and elevated patient experiences. Our Muscat branch is growing rapidly, and we are seeking two Nurse Supervisors to strengthen clinic operations and ensure exceptional daily performance across nursing, appointments, and patient interactions.

Role Summary
The Nurse Supervisor is a key operational leader inside the clinic, responsible for supervising the nursing staff, managing appointment flow, enhancing patient engagement, and supporting treatment preparation and aftercare. This role ensures smooth coordination between reception, doctors, and nurses, while upholding clinical safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily nursing operations across all treatment rooms and stations
• Supervise a team of nurses, monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and task performance
• Ensure all rooms are prepped and sterilized before and after treatments
• Manage patient flow from reception to treatment and post-care stages
• Coordinate appointments with front desk and doctors for timely service
• Monitor and guide nurses on patient handling, etiquette, and procedure preparation
• Conduct briefings and support nurse training for new treatments or protocols
• Handle patient concerns and escalate medical queries to doctors appropriately
• Monitor stock usage and notify management of low supplies
• Ensure infection control policies, hygiene, and safety standards are followed
• Participate in improving patient satisfaction and engagement KPIs

Expected Weekly Activities
• Supervise and support nursing team during full working hours
• Attend daily huddle meetings with clinic manager and reception team
• Monitor execution of appointments weekly per shift
• Submit weekly feedback reports on staff performance and challenges
• Coordinate with doctors and management for special case handling or VIP patients

Working Hours & Flexibility
• Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
• Standard Off Days: One day per week (flexible, may be Friday or Saturday based on schedule)
• Note: Working hours or days may vary based on appointment volume, campaigns, or clinic events

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Licensed nurse in Oman with supervisory or senior experience
• Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills
• Experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics preferred
• Ability to manage stress, multitask, and lead by example
• Fluent in English and Arabic is an advantage
