Job Offer –F&B Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Lounge Supervisor to join our team at Primeclass. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, service-oriented, and capable of leading a team in a dynamic lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Primeclass professionally, ensuring top-level guest satisfaction.

Oversee daily operations, product deliveries, stock control, and cleanliness.

Monitor kitchen and buffet areas, manage staff schedules and peak-time service.

Handle guest complaints and coordinate with the Lounge Manager.

Ensure smooth shift handovers and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements:

Degree in Tourism/Hotel Management (Vocational or Bachelor’s preferred).

3+ years of managerial experience in hotels, restaurants, or cafés.

Strong knowledge of self-service buffet operations.

Proven ability to manage 40+ staff members.

Advanced English and good MS Office skills.
