Job Title: Kids’ Barber

Location: Kiddie Kuts – Muscat
Working Hours:
• Saturday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
(1-hour daily break included)



Job Purpose:

To provide high-quality haircutting, grooming, and styling services for children in a safe, friendly, and fun environment, ensuring excellent customer experience and hygiene standards.



Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a range of haircutting and styling services for children aged 1–12.
• Ensure a calm and child-friendly approach with nervous or active children.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all tools and equipment after each use.
• Collaborate with parents to understand desired styles and manage expectations.
• Suggest appropriate hairstyles based on child’s hair type and preferences.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with municipal regulations.
• Keep the station organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle children with care, patience, and professionalism.
• Assist with retail product recommendations if applicable (shampoos, hair gel, etc. )
• Support in welcoming clients and managing wait times when required.



Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of barbering or hairdressing experience (experience with kids preferred).
• Ability to handle and interact with children in a positive, friendly manner.
• Knowledge of current child-appropriate haircut trends and safety practices.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and sterilization practices.

Compensation & Benefits:
