Sales executive , the following requirements :
Minimum 3/5 years of experience in sales (marine or mechanical background preferably ), driving license mandatory (1) Accommodation: INCLUDED

(2) Food: Not included, only if business trip

(3) Working days: Sunday to Thursday, weekends if operational requirement (recompensating AS PER OMAN LABOR LAW)

(4) Working Hours: Office hours ( overtime if operational requirement, recompensating as per Oman labor law)

(5) Annual Leave and Ticket - 30 days a year, one Air ticket per year to Home country

(6) Medical insurance: COVERED
Scope of work:

• Attending all the enquiries of the company.
• Submitting quotations and follow ups.
• Arranging Supply and Services as per order.
• Coordinating sales by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Monitor and identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Carry out market research to identify new suppliers where they can meet better shipping timeline, pricing, parameters, and quality standards.
• Coordinate necessary schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to the Chief Executive Officer. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic format and present a report to the Management.
