Company Overview:

Opal Engineering Services specializes in the supply and distribution of aviation spare parts. We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Engineer to help grow our client base, particularly within government and aviation-related sectors.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Omani national with outstanding English communication and presentation skills, a strong network—especially in the government sector—and the initiative to independently identify and close sales opportunities. This role offers performance-based rewards for successful deals, particularly those generated through your own efforts.

This is not a typical desk job—it requires flexibility, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly in the aviation and government sectors

Conduct professional presentations and product pitches in English

Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and clients

Close deals and manage all related follow-up communications

Carry out a range of support activities, including occasional delivery or document handling

Stay informed on aviation industry trends and client needs

Requirements:

Omani Nationality (mandatory)

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Strong presentation skills and confidence in client interactions

Experience or strong network in government sectors (preferred)

Valid Omani driving license

Highly motivated, independent, and results-oriented

Compensation & Rewards:
