We’re Hiring: Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef (Arabic Nationality and Age between 28-38 Preferred)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef to join our team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in continental cuisine
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and inventory management
• Ability to handle paperwork and kitchen documentation (e. g. wastage reports, ordering, stock levels)
• Work closely with management to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Arabic nationality preferred
