Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our business in the technology-enabled services sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Identify and approach potential clients across various sectors (e. g. , logistics, transportation, government, construction).
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach.
Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in tech-based services or SaaS).
Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze client needs and match them with suitable solutions.
Experience dealing with fleet operators, logistics companies, or government entities is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
