Vacancy: Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant to the CEO (philipines first priority)

We are urgently seeking a qualified female Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support our CEO with daily tasks, meeting coordination, and executive scheduling. The selected candidate will also provide support to the Administrative Manager in general office operations.

Key Requirements:

Female candidate (due to the nature of the role and existing team structure)
Aged between 20 to 35 years
Must hold a valid Omani driving license and be capable of driving in Oman
Valid visa with a minimum of 2 months remaining
Available for immediate joining
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role within Oman
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
