Job Summary
The Game Operator at Kids Funland is responsible for the day-to-day operation, cleanliness, and safety of all indoor play equipment and arcade games. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring the safety of children and guests, conducting basic maintenance, and maintaining a clean, friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
1 1. Customer Service
2 - Greet and assist guests with game instructions and information
3 - Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
4 - Ensure a fun, welcoming, and engaging experience for all visitors
5 -assist in reception admission and coffeeshop sales
6 2. Safety
7 - Monitor children’s behavior and activity in game areas
8 - Enforce safety rules and report violations
9 - Perform routine safety checks of equipment
10 3. Maintenance
11 - Conduct daily start-up and shutdown checks of games
12 - Report technical malfunctions promptly
13 - Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs
14 4. Cleaning
15 - Ensure all equipment and play areas are clean and sanitized
16 - Follow cleaning schedule and protocols

17 5. Daily operations

18 - Do any sort of day to day operation of the shop in area, coffeeshop or reception


19 -Help with marketing activities


Required Skills and Qualifications
• - Preferably Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent
• - Friendly and professional demeanor
• - Basic technical and mechanical aptitude
• - Previous experience in customer service or child care preferred
• - Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
