Job Description: Civil Work Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities across multiple project sites including villas, commercial complexes, and residential buildings.

Site Supervision: Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure execution as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

Planning & Scheduling: Assist in the preparation of work schedules, material forecasts, and resource planning.

Quality Control: Monitor construction quality, ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and local building codes.

Progress Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly site progress reports, conduct site inspections, and update management on project status.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site staff to ensure timely procurement and execution.

Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations at all job sites.

Technical Support: Assist in resolving technical issues and design discrepancies in coordination with the design team.

Documentation: Maintain and organize site documentation including work permits, drawings, material approvals, and inspection records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

5+ years of relevant experience in civil project coordination for residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

Proficient in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of local building regulations and codes
