Description

We need urgently experienced accountant for mall to handle complete Mall Real-estate Accounting.
JOB PROFILE:
• Maintain and report petty cash transactions & Preparation of cheques.
• Visiting different bank for office related matters.
• Maintaining general ledger and other subsidiary books and passing day to day entries.
• Maintain the tender register and raise the invoice and submission on time.
• Maintain and manage the company general documents and employees file properly and accurately.
• Maintain and update the daily accounting transaction in system accurately. (CPV, CRV, BPV, BRV, JV
etc. )
• Monthly payment utility bills including electricity , water and telephone / mobiles.
• Maintain and update sales register and report to the concern.
• Receivables follow up - Visit client office, Calls and frequent sending SOA BY email etc.
• Day to day bank & cash transactions reports.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
• Providing management information & Preparation of other Monthly reports.
• Supervising the work of office juniors and assigning work for them.
• Managing receivables and payable and office administration.
• Develop and maintain a filing system.
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office and Greet customers entering into
Organization.
• Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc.
• Perform all other related duties as required and assigned.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
