Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least year of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor laws of oman.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support performance management and training initiatives

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Handle employee queries and provide administrative support

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of HR experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with HR software and MS Office

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
