Field Supervision & Coordination
Guide, supervise, and follow up on-site activities related to the drilling and sampling of boreholes for geotechnical investigations.
Ensure all site works are executed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and company directives.
Data Collection & Analysis
Oversee the collection of soil and rock samples during site investigations.
Plan and execute field investigation procedures, including borehole logging and sampling techniques.
Review geological maps, site topography, and aerial photographs to assist in optimal site selection and characterization.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare detailed site records, borehole logs, and field reports.
Develop laboratory testing schedules and ensure timely delivery and processing of collected samples.
Monitor and follow up on laboratory test progress and results.
Assist in the preparation of draft geotechnical/soil investigation reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Design & Technical Support
Provide support in designing built structures by interpreting geotechnical data using specialized software.
Collaborate with design teams to integrate geotechnical findings into engineering solutions.
Project Monitoring & Quality Assurance
Supervise and ensure the timely execution and quality of assigned geotechnical tasks.
Monitor project milestones ensure compliance with technical standards, and address field or laboratory issues proactively.
· Provide comprehensive supervision of daily workflows, covering both functional and technical aspects of operations.
· Organize and enforce due diligence procedures and quality control measures throughout project implementation.
· Maintain direct communication with clients to accurately capture their requirements and provide regular progress updates.
· Identify and pursue targeted projects aligned with the organization's research and development framework.
· Proactively resolve technical and field-related issues encountered during project execution.
· Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with established professional and quality standards.
