The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing distinctive and functional interior designs that reflect the client's needs and individual taste. Main Responsibilities: Developing interior design concepts from the first meeting with the client to implementation. Preparing architectural drawings, 2D plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software. Selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with the design concept and project budget. Coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accurate design implementation. Conducting site visits to monitor implementation and resolve on-site challenges. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and practices in the field of interior and architectural design. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. At least 3 years of experience in the field of interior or architectural design. Proficiency in using design software such as (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite). Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fine artistic taste and great attention to detail. Fluent in English, Arabic preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop interior design concepts from initial client briefing through to execution. Prepare architectural drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools. Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings in line with the design theme and project budget. Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure design integrity during execution. Conduct site visits to oversee implementation and address on-site challenges. Stay updated with trends, regulations, and best practices in interior design and architecture. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture. Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
