Job Vacancy: Female Receptionist (Filipino)



Location: Mabillah South, Muscat, Oman

Salary: 180–200 OMR per month (including shared accommodation)

Job requirements:



Filipino female with previous experience preferred (minimum 1-2 years)
Willing to transfer to our work visa
Excel & computer skills
English language (written & speaking)
Communication & sales skills
Hard working with responsibility sense (punctual, and reliable).
To care about the company responsibilities & about the clients.

Responsibilities:



Welcoming and serve the clients
handling WhatsApp & calls
Registering the members, preparing & sending the receipts.
Ordering if any products requirements.
Making the spa appointments , sending daily reminders.
Follow up the interested clients, sending daily expiration messages.
Being attention to the center.
Assisting on making the classes schedule.
