Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tour Executive to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing travel packages, handling client queries, and managing end-to-end tour operations. The role demands strong destination knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage domestic and international travel arrangements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize customized and pre-designed travel itineraries for domestic and international clients.
• Handle complete tour operations including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transport arrangements, visas, and travel insurance.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors such as hotels, transport companies, and destination management companies (DMCs).
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and walk-ins, and provide prompt and accurate travel information.
• Prepare costings, quotations, and final travel documents including vouchers and travel kits.
• Manage FIT (Free Independent Traveler), GIT (Group Inclusive Tour), and corporate travel requirements.
• Handle client issues during tours and provide timely solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Keep updated with travel trends, airline regulations, and destination knowledge.
• Maintain customer databases and records using travel CRM tools or reservation systems.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tour Executive in a travel agency or tour company.
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, both domestic and international.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
• Good command over spoken and written English.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in IATA/UFTAA or any relevant travel course.
• Experience in using travel platforms like TBO, Travel Boutique, or B2B portals.
