Job Summary:
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various air conditioning systems, including Split, Window, Duct, Cassette, VRV, and VRF units. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair Split, Window, Duct, Cassette, VRV, and VRF air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning coils, filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
- Conduct system performance tests and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare and assemble copper piping, including cutting, welding, flaring, and insulation.
- Ensure proper mounting and alignment of indoor and outdoor units.
- Maintain accurate service records and report issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Technical diploma or certification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
- Strong knowledge of VRV and VRF systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Experience with electrical wiring, refrigerant handling, and system diagnostics.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for field service work).

- Knowledge of HVAC safety protocols and best practices
