Description

We are urgently seeking experienced and skilled Single Drum Roller Operator and Grader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in road construction or related civil works, with a strong understanding of operating heavy machinery safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate single drum roller and/or grader machines as assigned.

Ensure proper compaction and grading in accordance with project specifications.

Perform routine checks and maintenance of the assigned equipment.

Follow safety procedures and company protocols on-site.

Work closely with site supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating single drum rollers and/or graders.

Valid operator license or certification (if applicable).

Knowledge of safety standards in construction sites.

Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor environments.
