Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance on immigration processes (e.g., student visa, work permit, PR, visitor visa, etc.)

Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications

Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies

Handle client documentation and case files accurately and confidentially

Communicate with embassies, consulates, and immigration departments as required

Maintain client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or similar role

Excellent knowledge of immigration procedures and policies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Multilingual ability is a plus
