Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, managing conflicts, and ensuring the CEO's time is used effectively.
- Doing the arrangements for meetings, preparing agendas, and potentially taking minutes.
- Handling correspondence, screening calls, and directing inquiries appropriately
- Creating reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the CEO
- Assisting with special projects, conducting research, and gathering information.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
- Handling reports, managing contacts, and other administrative duties as required.

Qualification
* Bachelors Degree
* Good Communication Skill
* Languages: English, Chinese and Arabic
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Candidates with knowledge of copywriting are preferred
