🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise production teams (team leaders, cooks, assistants, cleaners).

Plan and manage daily operations and task schedules.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Oversee kitchen maintenance and coordinate repairs.

Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Maintain accurate records (attendance, reports, performance).

Manage inventory and ensure timely supply coordination.

Train and develop team members on equipment and procedure
