He must know below meentioned services.

1). Fluke Test for Network Cabling, Fluke Report, Cable Tracing, Dressing, Labeling.
2). CCTV IP/ Analogue Camera in Fixing & Configuration.
3). Door Access Control Hikvision / ZKT, Structure Cabling.

"OPTIONAL" - Fiber Splicing.
We are based in Azaiba Area.
