### Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional barber.
* Highly skilled in fades and all types of hairstyles.
* Proficient in modern and classic barbering techniques.
* Fluent in English (mandatory).
* Must have an active professional Instagram portfolio displaying their work.
* Candidates must submit a video showcasing their skills in fades, various hairstyles, and beard styling.
* Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
* Prior experience in the GCC or at premium barbershops is a plus.

### Employment Terms:
* Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days per week
* Day Off: 1 day off per week
* Accommodation: provided
* Transportation: Provided by the company
* Visa & All ID-Related Costs: Fully covered by the company
* Medical Insurance: Provided by the company
* Airfare: Return ticket to country of origin upon completion of 2-year contract
* Bonuses:

* Cross-Selling Bonus (for product/service upsells)
* Sales Target Bonus (for meeting monthly/quarterly targets)
