Description

Our company is an emerging importer, distributor, and wholesaler of high-quality rice and food products, serving a wide range of customers, including restaurants, kitchens, retailers, wholesalers, and institutions. We are looking for an experienced and motivated "Field Sales Executive" to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and expand the customer base for rice and other food products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through direct field sales efforts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers.
- Conduct market visits, product promotions, and negotiate sales terms.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Ensure proper handling and merchandising of products at client locations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, food products, or related industries.
- Proven track record in sales and payment collection.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Arabic and Hindi/urdu.
- Valid driving license (must be comfortable with extensive travel).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
