Assistant Accountant & Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities
• Assist the Finance Manager in daily accounting activities and documentation.
• Maintain records of daily expenses, receipts, payments, and voucher entries.
• Handle and reconcile petty cash and submit daily reports to Finance Manager.
• Support monthly payroll data collection (attendance summaries, leave records).
• Prepare staff reimbursement documents and assist in medical/advance claims.
• Manage filing of accounting documents and ensure all records are up to date.
• Communicate with internal departments for approvals and document submission.
• Coordinate with Operations and Showrooms for delivery confirmation and payment follow-up.
• Assist in tracking dues, creating payment schedules, and maintaining ledgers.
• Provide admin support in document preparation, bank forms, and general coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company records.



Assistant Accountant – Procurement / Stock Controller
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of all local procurement and showroom stock updates.
• Support the Procurement team by preparing purchase requests and maintaining vendor files.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Showrooms for GRNs, stock transfers, and dispatch status.
• Perform regular physical stock checks across all locations and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor product movement (sales, damage, returns, transfers) and update logs.
• Prepare stock variance reports and submit for management review.
• Ensure all items are properly tagged/barcoded and inventory data is correctly entered in the system.
• Collaborate with auditors during showroom and warehouse audits.
• Maintain and update stock reports for all MMW and Venus locations.
• Report low stock alerts and assist in generating stock replenishment requests.
