Title: Furniture Showroom Coordinator

Job Objective: To coordinate and organize the display of products within the furniture showroom in an attractive and efficient manner that enhances the customer experience and increases sales opportunities. This includes maintaining the overall appearance of the showroom and ensuring it is ready to welcome visitors daily. Key Responsibilities: • Arrange and coordinate furniture within the showroom according to a well-studied and visually appealing display plan • Prepare designs or layout sketches that highlight the features of the products • Monitor the cleanliness of the showroom and continuously organize product displays • Ensure price tags and product specifications are clearly and attractively displayed • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth operations within the showroom • Interact with visitors and respond to their inquiries in a way that reflects a professional brand image • Propose new ideas to refresh displays and capture customer attention • Submit reports or feedback to improve presentation methods • Coordinate with the marketing department regarding campaigns or special offers in the showroom Qualifications and Experience Required: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) • Previous experience in showroom coordination or the furniture industry of at least 1–3 years • Strong skills in coordination, organization, and aesthetic taste • Ability to use basic design software is a plus • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
