Description

Manage all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, and government agencies. Review and approve project plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise. Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Prepare and present reports and updates to project stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve project outcomes. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
