We're Hiring: Experienced Chef for New Hotel Restaurant

Are you a skilled chef with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences? We're opening a new hotel with a fantastic restaurant, and we’re looking for an Experienced Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver top-notch food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and plating.
• Create and update seasonal menus with creative and high-quality dishes.
• Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent food standards.
• Maintain inventory, manage food costs, and ensure ordering efficiency.
• Ensure the kitchen meets all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns regarding food with professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the local community.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with menu planning, food costing, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred.
